A good friend takes me there when I am in Werther every two years. I can't fault anything and the buffet at a big birthday party was good. (As a Berliner, I would never wait as long as some guests wrote ...)

At the moment totally haphazard We had ordered a table for 6:30 p.m. on January 24th, 2020 and were there on time with 5 people (2 women, 3 men). The first point of criticism was the temperature in the restaurant. Outside it was around -1 ° C, inside filled 10 ° C. So much too cool. Especially uncomfortable for the slightly freezing ladies. After waiting 30 minutes we were finally able to receive the menu and order the drinks (we were previously ignored). With the delivery of the drinks, the meals could then be ordered. Each person ordered 2-3 tapas. When asked about the room temperatures, we were informed that the heating would be defective (in other restaurants, at least heater or something similar would have been installed in winter). After about another 30 minutes (60 minutes after arrival) the first two tapas came. The other 3 people at the table were allowed to go hungry. After another 20 minutes (80 minutes after arrival) we were offered a table on the upper floor, which we also used. The temperatures were not much higher here either. Another 10 minutes (90 minutes after arrival) the next 2 tapas came. Two people still had no food. It then took another 30 minutes (120 minutes after arrival) until the remaining tapas came. Some of which were wrong. Drinks ordered in between came very late (30 min delay) and only after the waitress had addressed the operator several times. I normally expect a restaurant to deliver the food to everyone around the table at about the same time so that you can eat together. This was not the case here. When asked if we could speak to the boss, we were told that he had a lot to do and had no time for us (the welfare of the guests does not seem to be so important to this entrepreneur). We were allowed to wait another 20 minutes for the bill. So if you like to eat alone and have a lot of time to wait and are satisfied with what you have not ordered, then the Momentos is just right for you. For everyone who wants to spend a nice evening eating, this shop is a disaster. The only plus point: the food tasted quite good, despite the small portions in relation to the price.

We had our wedding anniversary on August 23 and wanted to treat ourselves to something beautiful. Due to the good recommendations from the past, we chose the Momentos Tapas Bar in Werther. As it turned out, that was a huge mistake. The ambience was very nice, but neglected. We waited for 1, 5 hours for a few tapas. To order drinks, we had to go to the counter, because the service staff did not care about us. When the tapas were finally served, they were cold and tasted miserable. Never again. A star is too much

To the beer festival in the Momentos ... Very delicious antipasti, a great mochito and nice service ... although with a wait. But you are finally there to relax.

Have recently eaten in Steinhagen in the tapas bar, there it was much better.

Atmosphere is always great & food too - but it's usually a longgggg wait before anyone takes your order (or comes to the table at all)

We would like to write something to eat .... unfortunately we can't, why ?? After multiple requests for a menu, we would be punished with non-compliance. We went then too ...... but !!! The ambience was very nice. Therefore 2 stars
